Did His Research
We worked with Kurt when we sold our home in Zanesville. I can't think of anyway the process could have been improved. He did his research and priced the home correctly (appraised at correct value for buyer's loan). Pictures were done immediately and the home was listed.
Kurt had a buyer and we were under contract after our first showing on the first day it was listed. Our home closed earlier than expected with his recommendation of title service and loan provider for the buyer.
He was available for any questions we had and responded immediately. All the paperwork was handled online except the closing, which was in person. We would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a realtor to buy or sell with.

He was committed to help seller to see a smooth closing by arranging convenient time and location to sign legal document without a two hour drive, especially when a member of seller family was under the weather.
Since we had very little time (buyer and seller preference) to close, and had house full of furniture and other items, Kurt worked very hard to find three different buyers in just two days without any personal gain. An EXCELLENT effort by him.

Kurt had taken time to research all the private properties on the lake to find us the right property. He showed us several different properties on several different trips around the lake.
